IDENTIFY SELF-LIMITING THINKING PATTERNS
“I’ll do it later when I have more time and energy”, “The next job will be better”. There are a lot of self-sabotaging thoughts that hold us back and keep us trapped in a self-limiting mindset, judging ourselves and others. In the end, ALL distress is self-generated.
Through online videos, reading material, and an online assessment you will identify your inner critic and sabotaging thoughts, uncovering the motivations and habitual thought patterns that impact your well-being, relationships, and how you show up in the world.

You will learn how to weaken the negative critic and activate a self-serving, positive mindset by building up the region of your brain that sees things for what they really are and can generate positive emotions while handling life’s challenges.
BUILD YOUR MENTAL MUSCLE WITH THE APP
“Change doesn’t happen in a day, it happens daily”.

The Positive Intelligence app is the mental gym, the place you build your mental muscle and track your progress. Each weekday for 6 weeks there will be an area of focus shared followed by three, 2-minute prompted exercises throughout the day. You can track your daily and accumulated progress and exchange with the larger Positive Intelligence community if you like.

Feel like building even more mental muscle? The app includes a ‘gym’ section where you can choose from a variety of additional PQ exercises to do when and how often you like!

ENRICH LEARNING IN SMALL GROUP EXCHANGE
Research indicates a 500% increased likelihood of establishing positive new habits when supported by accountability partners.
As a small, hand-selected group of no more than 5 persons, you meet weekly to discuss the week's focus, your learnings, and experiences. The act of sharing and supporting as well as insights gained from others is an invaluable part of the journey.

EMBED LEARNING WITH 1:1 COACHING
You and I will have three, 30-minute coaching sessions :

Before kicking off the course we’ll review your online assessment, get clarity around your motivations, set intentions for the 6 weeks of app-based practice, and lay the ground for fertile learning.

Concluding the program, we will embed the learnings, examine, and preempt potential hurdles that could get in the way to ensure continued integration and sustained success.

Following up 4 weeks later we will review progress, successes, look if any tweaking is needed in your practice and what your goals moving forward.
